Club Coaches

Whether you are an absolute beginner or an experienced athlete, eveyone can benefit from high quality coaching, and as a member of York Triathlon Club you can access a large team of qualified coaches, assistants and leaders.

 

Many of our sessions are fully coached, such as our swim nights, spin class, bike handling and skills session, and our group run and technique session. We cater for all abilities, and our coaching team is supportive, motivational, and hold a wealth of experience.

 

Our sessions are group coached, meaning they are not 1-2-1 specific, but if you want any help or advice then just ask and the session coach will be more than happy to help.

 

From our non-coached sessions you can still gain a wealth of help, information and experience, as many of our members have been involved in the sport for a number of years.
