These sessions aim to build strength and endurance as part of your winter training.
For the first group of sessions, throughout October, we will focus on your return to Spin Class following a summer of racing/ riding. A perfect opportunity for anyone to new to Spin join us as we aim to build your strength and endurance.
Please bring the following equipment:
- Towel
- Water and/or Sports drink
- Clean trainers or bike shoes. The spin bikes have SPD (mountain bike) cleats
- Comfortable sports wear
Please arrive 5 – 10 minutes ahead of the session start time to set up the bike
and warm up.
If you are new to Spin then please let the Coach know at the start of the session.
We will be meeting at Studio 2 which is on the mezzanine floor.
Please ensure that if there are any changes to your health, that could impact your ability to take part in the session, you let your coach know ahead of the session and please only attend if you are fit and well enough to take part.

If you can no longer attend the session, please cancel as soon as possible to allow others to take your place.
You must cancel at least 24 hours in advance of the session to receive a refund. (Click the withdraw box next to your name on the event to cancel)
If on the waitlist you have one hour to accept your place before it rolls down to the next person. If you are on the waitlist but can no longer attend please cancel your place so a free place can roll straight to the next person.
